OUR STORY
In 2008, Rabbi Aichenbaum and Rabbi Freeman teamed up and created a program called Laying The Foundation For Learning Chumash Independently. The program made its public debut at the 2008 Torah U’mesorah convention and has subsequently been presented at close to 70 other conventions and school in-service programs across the world. In addition, videos of their workshops have been downloaded thousands of times from Torah U’mesorah’s chinuch.org.
The enthusiastic response that these presentations have generated encouraged Rabbi Aichenbaum and Rabbi Freeman to commit their program to writing in order to share its benefits with an even wider range of educators. Their groundbreaking teacher’s manual (THE LIST) was printed in the fall of 2012 and has helped to facilitate significant improvements in the teaching methodologies of classrooms and schools.
All their programs are now included under THE KEY TO TORAH banner. The Key To Torah is constantly expanding and now includes student workbooks, flashcards, a vocabulary diagnostic test, and many other workshops on various topics. The Key To Torah's success is built on the fact that Rabbi Aichenbaum & Freeman are out on the front lines of chinuch just like you. They are learning & growing along with you in their own classrooms and from the feedback that you provide.
