THIS IS WHAT TEACHERS ARE SAYING ABOUT THE LIST...
Our Rebbes are on board with The List. I congratulate you on a long overdue work that addresses the shortcomings of overreliance on rote learning which is literally a soul destroyer. We have made Flashcards with Pictures using both Flash Card (Laminated with Pictures) and Powerpoint to Teach a group of lower achievers in Year 3 (7-8 year old). They have mastered over 70 words. Thank you. Ephraim Klyne, Torah Temimah, London England
Dear Rabbi Aichenbaum, I love The List.
Avi Rubin, third grade rebbe in Norfolk, VA.
Dear Rabbi Aichenbaum,
Our school has adopted and adapted ‘The List’ and are working successfully using your system of overlearning as you present in your book.
Rebbe Mordechai Bakst, Torah Temimah UK
B"h we have seen great success over the past year. The goal of our curriculum is that by the time the Talmidim reach the 5th or 6th grades the Chumash itself can be read with great fluency which then gives plenty more time in the years to come to focus on Rashi and more in depth Chumash learning. I was inspired to tackle this after a workshop by Rabbi Aichenbaum and Rabbi Freeman at a TU convention 3 years ago. It gave me the entire framework in which I based the entire curriculum. I recently bought Rabbi Aichenbaum's new book "The List." It’s an indispensable tool for teaching Chumash.
Rabbi B Levine, S'gan Menahel, Yeshiva K'tana of Waterbury, CT
I received the book and I found it to be enlightening as well as clear and very well organized. I really liked the way that sources were noted for theories presented. The List really solidifies the theory behind the new approach we implemented in our school for translating Pesukim in Chumash and Novi. I hope that I will be able to implement some of the ideas discussed to continue building a core vocabulary in the classrooms as well as for individual students. Dear Rabbi Aichenbaum
I received your new book last week. I was very impressed by the thorough work. It exceeded what I imagined. It found it also very thoughtful of you and Rabbi Freeman to include so many sample videos which help to visualize the otherwise theoretical concepts in the book.

Reb Yaakov, I saw your article in Hamechanich about your new/updated list and methods of teaching. Although I never spoke to you before I did see your article at chinuch. Org and saw some of your workshop. Thanks to that we did implement a milim program for the last couple of years.
Tzvi Rieger, Yeshiva Bnei Zion Bobov Toronto
After having administered the Rabbi Aichenbaum’s Chumash Vocabulary Test to our elementary school students, the need for further development of our Hebrew Vocabulary curriculum was ever more apparent. Based on the philosophy and methodology of the program created by Rabbis Aichenbaum and Freeman, we put together a Chumash Vocabulary Program for Torah Prep School, entitled Master Milim Faster. As we enter the second year of the program, we anticipate continued success and increased mastery of the vocabulary words. We are grateful for your innovative ideas and clear presentation of the material, particularly the emphasis you place on over-learning and review, as we have been inspired to progress in this vital area of Judaic studies.
