Rabbi Klein is an inspiration and a role model when it comes to chinuch, or to mentchlachkeit for that matter. One of the key things is being a people's person, like Rabbi Klein advised, advice #2, to have honest and clear Hakaros Hatov to the mechanchim and educators of your children, that requires real social skills and Rabbi Klein has that himself, obviously.
Thank you Dov Lichtinstater for hosting the Rabbi and asking the right questions with such professionalism and geshmak!!
